ChabuLab is one small studio, and a person reads every message. Email is the best way to reach us.

## Reporting a problem

A good report gets fixed fastest. Please include:

- the page address or the product name;
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead;
- your device, operating system and browser (for example “iPhone 12, iOS 18, Safari”);
- for a wrong puzzle or word group in a game, the date of the board and the mode.

Please don't send files you want kept private: the tools are built so they never need to leave your device.
